I got to take Push-hands, Dong T'ai chi and Fast Form from Alex Dong and his Father Grandmaster Dong Zeng Chen when they taught a special weekend workshop at The Dojo in Austin Texas. Dong's T'ai Chi is a very solid and authentic style following the traditional priciples laid down by the Yang style. Master Alex Dong: 4th Generation Master Alex Da De Dong is from the famous Dong family of Hebei, China. His Great-Grandfather Dong Ying Jie was head disciple of Master Yang Chen Fu. Alex has been training since age 4 and now teaches around the world. He was awarded the 1991 U.S. National Tai Chi Chuan Championship in moving push hands and the Best Martial Spirit Title for all competitors.
