Chi Testimonials

Dear Sifu Gohring: When I first started tai chi, I enjoyed it because it was exercise but didn't feel like it. I noticed changes in my fitness and balance without really feeling like I was working out. I enjoyed learning the new postures and I really liked the feeling when you learn one little thing that cascades through the form, and makes everything make more sense. Now that I'm in push-hands, I'm paying more attention
to the martial arts side of t'ai chi. It's cool to see why your hands
move that way or why you shift your weight like that. Sincerely, |
