Dear Sifu:
I could honestly say, as others have, that, within a month of starting T'ai Chi, my energy level and flexibility had improved and I had begun to lose weight.
We, as students, are to learn and train with the five hearts of faith, respect, perseverance, patience and humility. One of the best attributes of this School is that those who work here continually model those same hearts for and toward us.
