Professor (Grandmaster) Moses Williams Jr. is 10th Degree Black Sash in Spiritual Kung-Fu, and Founder of the System. He holds 8th degree Black Belt in Kajukenbo Karate, and an 8th degree Black Belt in Zen'U-Zen Martial Arts, 8th Degree Black Belt in Siu-Lim-Pai Gung–fu. He has 36 years experience in the Martial Arts.

He owns and operates the Fire Dragon Martial Arts Institute, established in 1994. Professor Williams specializes in youth development, discipline, and educational programs. He has worked in the Austin community for over 28 years. He has established good relationships with the Austin Police Department and Travis County Sheriff Department. He trained law enforcement and Judges as well as the children of the Community. He has studied under some of the worlds finest Grand Masters, including Grand Mas ­ter Rickey Reed, Grand Master John S. Wong, Grand Master Daniel Baker and Grand Master Rickey Anderson. Professor Moses Williams has achieved 2 World titles: one in Black Belt Soft Style Division, Kung-Fu and the other in Continuous Fighting.

He has been ranked 3rd in the World by the National Black Belt League, Super Heavyweight Division. In 1997, 1998, 1999 he won 3 Texas Golden Greek Awards in the Executive Black Belt Division, 35 years or older, in both fighting and in forms. Professor Moses Williams has been appointed to the po­ sition Regional Director for the State of Texas by Professor Silverio P. Guerra, and the Board of Directors with the Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame. In 2002, he was inducted into Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame as Grand Master of the Year-Kung-Fu.

In 2003, he was inducted into the Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame as Head Founder of the Year for his own style, Spiritual Kung-Fu. During Competition he competed and he won the Tradi­tional Chinese Kung-Fu World Forms Title. 2003, he won the Weapons Title in Chinese Kung-Fu.
