Light of Life
with Master Christophe Clarke

The Light of Life Healing Seminar has three parts:

1.  Day 1: The Five Elements — It covers the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. How these five relate to the liver, heart, spleen and kidney and to the practice of tai chi: ward-off, roll back, press and push.

2.  Day 1: Introduction to Deep Internal Breathing — You will learn how to move energy through the marrow, the body's cable. This is a technique that is designed to move the “chi” to specific parts of the body that will increase their circulation and give them an incredible amount of energy, power and balance.

3. Day 2: Introduction to Push Hands — This sophisticated and scientific approach uses the basic ward off, rollback, press and push which are the keys to push hands play. The techniques practiced are safe, gentle and effective. You will learn specific moves from the tai chi form and how to apply them in their push hands practice from a defense point of view and how it applies to the principles of push hands. This is an important workshop for all levels.
